We design communities, buildings and environments which are ecologically sustainable and with minimal adverse impact on the environment and wherever possible a positive impact on the environment. All designs and materials are natural in nature and sourced locally. Working with straw-bale, rammed earth, lime rendering plastering with clay.

The majority of the world citizens live in urban areas the population has increased to seven billion. With huge amounts of concrete and tarmac means that summers are overheating, air pollution and flash flooding are increasingly common. With sales of air- conditioners rocking in recent years and it is not about to get cooler Lisbon – style temperatures are predicted for London by 2020 as the world faces a minimum average 2 degrees rise in temperature. Cities need to prepare for this. We are consuming limited natural resources at a record breaking rate, polluting soils, air and water as we go, and producing an obscene amount of waste. Species and Habitats lost increasing climate change is increasingly unstable and the planet’s ability to provide furture generations is rapidly diminishing. But we still do not stop.

The law of sustainabilty is to align your self nature. Work with nature not against nature. Using the natural services which are free to rely on: natural cooling and fresh air (also reducing energy demand through shading and transpirtaion of plants and trees). filtering water run off, providing habits for biodiversity, and inturn increasing our sense of well being.

Eco-Architecture and Permacultral Planning CIC offers a flexible service to suit the individual client. We cover all stages of design and construction, from feasibility to contract, design to construction, and supervision through to completion and handover to the client.

We work with all sizes of projects from medium scale to bespoke house, our projects include forest schools, Eco communities & hamlets, offices, hospitals, and well-beings centres are just a few of our diverse rnage of services on offer.
